The 2nd annual Cherry Blossom Film Festival is held on April 14, 15, 21 and 22, 2018 at the NEW PEOPLE Cinema located in the heart of San Francisco’s historic Japantown, as part of the 2018 Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival.

We showcase nine of Japan’s best films and anime, reflecting the diverse and unique legacy of Japanese Cinema, including the Shunji Iwai trilogy, Miss Hokusai, My Neighbor Totoro, Mary and the Witch’s Flower, Mind Game, The Tale of the Princess Kaguya, and Fate/stay night[Heaven’s Feel] THE MOVIE I.
