Due to the many inquiries we’ve received about potential lines for the Grand Opening of NEW PEOPLE on Saturday, August 15th, we have come up with a method to keep you from having to wait in a long line to enter our building.

Please see the map on the left. We are going to have numeric tickets that will be given out at the RED TENT in the Buchanan Mall beginning at 9:30a.m. on a first come first served basis. Before that time, the festival area and building will be off limits for set up and loading. For safety reasons, there will be no gatherings or line-ups permitted in the festival area prior to and during this time.

Upon receiving a numbered ticket, we ask you to return to the designated place in front of the NEW PEOPLE building after 10:30am. The numbered tickets will be checked during this process.

We know this will be a very exciting event for everyone (it’s about time!!!). But we do not want to see any of you get hurt, or not be able to see a particular event, so it’s important to try and be patient and not let your excitement get the best of you. Your help and understanding will ensure this will be a fun and memorable day for everyone.
