[...] The 2011 J-Pop Summit Festival coming up this Saturday and Sunday! The festival is all about Japanese pop culture, especially Vocaloid :3 Also, we will shop at Japantown for manga (in Japanese and English) and also eat crepes! (COUGH vice prez COUGH) We will be going on Saturday, so please check with your parents if you can come along! This will be a joint trip with the Mission Anime club. We will meet at the Fremont BART Station at 9:00 a.m. and board the 9:30 a.m. train, arriving at San Francisco at 10:18 a.m. Then we take a bus to Japantown. We head home either before dinner (leaving Japantown around 6:00 p.m., getting home around 7:15 p.m.) or after dinner (leaving Japantown around 7:00 p.m., getting home around 8:15 p.m.). Bring at least $30 for BART tickets and food, more if you actually want to spend money at the festival! (There is no entrance fee.) [...]
