Fog Linen produces its linen products in Lithuania, where a traditional linen industry has been trading worldwide since the Middle Ages. Founder, Yumiko Sekine of Japan, was inspired to create everyday simple linen clothes “like the ones from childhood” that she could not find anywhere. After finding that even in Lithuania, simple linen was nowhere to be found, she started her own line of linen products with a local Lithuanian company in 1993.
