 J-POP SUMMIT 

The J-POP SUMMIT is an annual Japanese Pop Culture celebration held in San Francisco, CA that features live bands and artists from Japan, pop culture panel discussions, film premieres, fashion shows and events, food and spirits, art, and celebrity appearances. JAPAN FILM FESTIVAL OF SAN FRANCISCO, the very first and only fully-dedicated annual Japanese film celebration for the San Francisco Bay Area, is held at NEW PEOPLE CINEMA, screening latest Japanese live-action and animation films. Launched in 2013, the first annual festival was hosted in conjunction with J-POP SUMMIT FESTIVAL, successfully drawing nearly 3000 attendees with many sold-out shows and hosting special premiere screenings where San Francisco's film fans interacted with renowned directors from Japan.

Let SAKE flow. Our successful sake-tasting during the J-POP SUMMIT of 2013-2014 will launch this year as the SAKE SUMMIT, a larger-scale and more official event of its own! We are joining forces with major sake brands of Japan and every player in the sake business in the Bay Area from distilleries, manufacturers, and distributors to retailers. This event will help promote Japanese sake culture to a larger audience and entice more Americans to enjoy sake!
